Merkblatt These phrases aim for broad usefulness. Use usted forms for the polite singular examples; tú forms for informal singular examples. Plural address varies: ustedes is used throughout Latin America and also formally in much of Spain; informal vosotros occurs in much of Spain. Billete/boleto, móvil/celular and camarero/mesero vary by place. The first term is not universally more correct.
