Reference card Use Could I…? / Could you…? for a polite request. Sorry? can ask for repetition, but the longer phrase is clearer for a learner. UK bill / takeaway / single ticket may be check / takeout / one-way ticket in US usage. Understand both; keep your own wording consistent. Clear speech matters more than copying a particular accent.
Treat prices and service details in older lessons as dialogue examples. Confirm current information with the person serving you. Keep a written address or booking name available so you can ask for it to be checked.
