English meaning

I arrive on Friday. I have a room for two nights. On Saturday I take the train to the centre. I want to have lunch near the station. Before I leave, I ask what time I need to check out.

Ich hätte gern… makes a useful polite request. These examples focus on Germany; everyday vocabulary and pronunciation also vary across Austria and Switzerland.
